Binding “Curse Words” that were Spoken over You

As believers, we know our authority is in Jesus Christ. The Blood of Jesus Christ has power! His Blood is forgiveness (Mt. 26:28), justification (Rom. 5:9), a cleansed conscience (Heb. 9:14),which was shed by Him Who is precious, pure & spotless (1 Peter 1:18,19), cleanses from all sin (1 John 1:7) and washes us from all of our sins (Rev. 1:5).

If someone has said things that were condemning, judgmental, hurting, sinful, belittling, cutting, wrong, hateful, deceitful, deceptive, vicious, deadly, evil, vain, irritating, hasty, irreverent, insincere, proud, arrogant, lying, malicious , etc...or even a curse or a spell towards you....

“No weapon that is formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that will rise against you will be condemned...” (Isaiah 54:17).

We read in Proverbs 18:21a that "Death and life are in the power of the tongue."

Therefore, watch what you say to and about others. And what others say to and about you can be bound by the authority of the Name of Jesus and His Blood.

“Lord Jesus, I come to You through Your Blood. I thank You for Your death on the Cross and Your resurrection from the grave, which grants me forgiveness, and the power over death and over every curse, hex and curse words of people and of the enemy that is spoken against me (Gal. 3:13). I apply the Blood of Jesus over myself and my household. I am free from all verbal assault and physical attacks. May Your presence, power and anointing overshadow me and my family from all attacks of the enemy and people. I receive Your grace, security, peace and blessings.

“I realize people speak out of their pain, anger and sin. I ask that Your Holy Spirit heal their hearts, and that they will encounter Your unconditional love through Jesus Christ. For those blinded by their own bitterness, I ask for mercy and Your supernatural intervention to open their minds and hearts to the way, the truth and the life in Jesus. For those whose minds are set against me, I cut off their influence, and I ask that You render their words ineffective and totally empty.

“ I nullify every word spoken, and every action taken against me and my family (Col. 2:14-15). I declare and receive a double blessing and honor from heaven.

“Where there are cursings, I declare blessings. Where there are  rage and anger, I declare peace and security (Romans 5:1). Where there are hatred and violence, I speak grace, peace and compassion (Lam. 3:22). I cancel every intent of evil focused against me and my family. I thank You for the power of Your Word, Blood and Name that gives me victory. In Jesus' Name. I pray and believe.”

This prayer can be prayed for those who presently curse you, or it may be for those who have cursed you in the past: mother, father, family member, relative, friend, church,etc.... Also, against all sicknesses, diseases, and infirmities....

Forgive everyone and release them to God (Eph. 2:32). Love one another....

I have the victory through Jesus Christ. I trust Him.
