The Holy Spirit is a gift from the Father: Luke 13:9-11 Luke 24:46-49 states the Holy Spirit is the Promise of the Father.  Acts 1:4-5 refers to the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:1-4 states that the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the 3rd person of the Trinity. We need to be filled with His presence, power and anointing. When a person  accepts Jesus into their hearts (John 1:12), the Holy Spirit comes in also. But as a believer, you can receive the Holy Spirit Baptism and infilling with the initial physical evidence of speaking in another language (tongues). This gift is for all who believe. Have you received the fulness of the Spirit (Acts 19:1-6)? Believe  and receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Baptizer. Ask Him to fill you with the Spirit. Begin to praise Him and speak the language that the Spirit gives you (unknown tongue). Read 1 Corin. 12 & 14 to know how the gift of tongues operates in prayer, blessing and in the
